I love my razr and love Android, but not until borrowing an iPad.from work while traveling did I fully realize how crippling ios is.

No easy torrent downloads without jailbreak.

Ok, download on the razr.

No easy file transfer to ipad.

Ok, dropbox.from razr to ipad.

Movies and books now on iPad...can't open.

Have to use iTunes...have to update versions....movie files incompatible.

convert then transfer.

HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

Everything I need to work around on the iPad, my non-root razr does natively.

When tablet time comes, I won't even blink at ios!

Thanks for letting me vent!

Thats is a big pro for Android vs iOS. They both are good. But when you start comparing things that Android can do out the box to iOS, it usually wins in that dept.

My GF's iPad2 is pretty cool, I'll admit it. Fantastic resolution and great for YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu plus video watching. Best email inbox I've ever seen on a mobile device. Setup was very easy. And the battery life is very commendable. plus, it's real easy to put non iTunes music on it. And iTunes puts Google music to shame, in terms of format layout, ease of use, and ability to find music.

However, there is one issue that keeps me from buying one for myself. Flash. I didn't realize how many Flash enabled sites there were until I started browsing with iPad2. I took it for granted on my PC. The lack of Flash really cripples this otherwise fantastic device.

Apple is so overpriced which is why ill probably never buy one.

Userbase is mostly fanbois who think they are now above other users or something with because they have a mac despite no real knowledge of how their os works or why.

I don't like the way you navigate with it either.

No thx apple. Id rather have a desktop pc with 3xthe cpu power for half the price.
