So I see all this hype and excitement for the HTC Thunderbolt, however, not so much for the Motorola Droid Bionic...I am just curious why? Is it because the Bionic is still a few months away?

That And I think some people are getting sick of Motorola's practice of se seriously locking their phones down. There will probably be more hype as it gets closer.

My biggest complaint with HTC is their phones feel like toys...just not very well built. I am not saying they are not, just the way they feel. I tested a iPhone 4 for the last few days, that is a solid phone, just missing one thing...Android. If they were to release the iPhone 5 with Android...I think HTC and Motorola would have a problem.

I feel you on the hardware thing. Imo MOTO has the best hardware in the game but I'm into rooting and roms so I may have to bite the bullet on my next phone and get either an HTC or Samsung. I don't like being locked out of my own house.
