HTC Sync Software and Outlook

I have downloaded the HTC sync software to my computer and it does sync with Outlook calendar. I also have a separate calendar in outlook with some other appointments that is synced from some other software. How do I get HTC Sync to look deeper than just my calendar in outlook and also pick up my second calendar?
