Events I input on my phone don't show up on Outlook

I use the Google Calendar sync, which syncs my appointments from my Google Calendar to Outlook, and vice versa.

If I input an event into Outlook or my Google calendar on the gmail website, it syncs to all three places---Outlook, the calendar on my desktop, and the one on my phone.
But if I enter an event on my phone, it only syncs to the Google Calendar on my desktop, and doesn't sync to Outlook.

This happened on my Droid, and I was hoping it was a Droid problem after I upgraded to the X. It's not. It's still doing it.

Any ideas why or what I can do to fix it?

I would check the support for the Calendar Sync, it sounds like it may be an issue with the way Gmail handles the events coming in from the phone.
