htc one hotspot

Help please,
I just got this phone about2 weeks ago and I can't find how to get my contacts from iPhone back up off Mac pro. I've put them on a usb stick but nothing on my old pc won't open it.now I can't get my hotspot to connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The contacts app can import CSV and vCard file formats if that helps.
