HTC Desire Froyo 2.2

Dear Gurus!

have a HTC Desire with Android 2.1 installed.

Trying to manually upgrade to 2.2 but will not work for some reason.

rename the Image on micro sd to all combinations update, update.zip etc. no result.

Took a picture for the faliure. Please advise what to do??
