Go in the market and download it? I am not sure what you have done what update do you have? Need more info.

I don't know myself. Woke up one morning and my phone said I had an update.it is frg01 b 2.2

FRG01B is the pre update to the one that enables flash in the market. FRG22D will allow it to show up in the market. The following link that was provided will let you download it outside the market however.
