How to theme?

I'm rooted and running the SuperClean 2.9.2 Froyo leak thing. I downloaded that new Nitro Eclipse theme, but I'm not sure how to execute it. I have clockworkmod too. Everyone say to update you rename the file update.zip, but this was a .rar file and i extracted it, and there are just 4 folders named kernel_update, META-INF, SD Card, and System. Can anyone explain how to get this theme on my phone, preferably in detail? Thanks a lot!

You download the theme to your sd card. Don't unzip it.

Boot into cwm
Wipe cache
Wipe Dalvik cache
Install zip file - Select the Theme - then hit yes install
Reboot.
