How to get Droid X multitouch keyboard and Droid X camera on Rubix?

You can find half the answer by searching the thread for the rom, but I'll fill in what I know.

The blur camera should work just fine, but I was not able to get the multitouch keyboard to work. I believe Sephtin said he was looking into it, but I haven't heard of any new progress.

In ROM Manager, go to Drod2169, and then change options for focused 1.0. Hit download and select DefaultFocusedKeyboard. This is the multitouch keyboard.

And even though it says for focused 1.0, the keyboard works on any version of focused. I'm running it on 1.8.9.

Has anyone else confirmed that the multitouch is working on 1.8.9? im about install and im coming from 1.6...day by day ive read the whole 1.8.6 thread and as far as i know it wasnt working on that...so anyone have any luck with it on 1.8.9? thanks

Yes it works, Im running one of WJDesigns keyboards and it works great

I installed the blur camera (from fission) zip file and the default focused 1.0 keyboard (moto keyboard). Only things left to make this rom perfect is hdmi and a caller that goes into landscape. This rom really is pure sex and drod is the man. It is just mind blowing how much faster the X is with this rom.

After it finishes downloading, I hit Reboot Recovery and it reboots and gets to the "M" and then after that it shows a triangle with an exclamation point and a little android guy, and after about 2 seconds it disappears and the phone boots up. After the phone boots up, I don't have the Motorola Multi-Touch keyboard.

Someone help me please?

lots of ppl including me are having this problem. I think it's an issue with clockwork mod recovery in rom manager. just do manual installs.

can u post a link to the blur camera? everywhere I look for a fission rom the zip file is broken (says page cannot be found).

and to the poster above, download the focus (multitouch) keyboard from rom manager then go into the root of ur sd, go to the cloclwork folder, then dowloads, then focus keyboard and put it on the root of the sd and install. that's what I did and it worked for me.

Does anyone know where the theme for the black motorola multi-touch keyboard is?

I can't seem to find it.

Also, is it possible to get the Blur dialer on Focused?

uninstalling multitouch keyboard

I installed this multi touch keyboard with the boot loader and then tried to uninstall it. Its not off of my phone by deleting the apk in root explorer but the multitouch keyboard settings are still in the menu. What is the proper way to uninstall an app that you installed using the droid x bootstrap? Which files should i delete to get rid of the settings menu?

I can't get the multi-touch keyboard to install from Rom Manager, it just reboots, never stops in recovery.... Also I downloaded the camera, how do I get that installed????
