How to change video quality on youtube?

I cant figure out how to boost the video qulaity while accessing vidoes on youtube. They are all in super low quality, I have full 3G service, need some help!

Press the HQ button in the lower right hand corner of the video...

Tap the menu button, hit more, and select "Watch in high quality".

Another way would be to connect to a wifi network.
