How important are quadrant scores?

I'm debating whether to overclock to 1.35 GHz with ULV or LV (both are stable). The average quadrant score for ULV is 1671, while LV averages 1735. Will I notice the difference in performance with the higher quadrant score using LV or should I just keep it at ULV for better battery life? Thanks for your input.

They are about as important as Ricer math is to the sub-compact community.....

LOL

Wait, is that important?

My opinion is that it's not when it comes to whether you'll notice a difference. I like to use it as a way to see if the phone works any better or worse when doing making changes. But when comparing different phones, it's not a sure way of telling what is better.

See if you can navigate to the "Manage Stage fright" section. Turn the four settings to "on", reboot after the last one and rerun quadrant. That should help your score. And setting the governer to performance.

That should give you a good indication of each settings quadrant capabilities.

Thanks for all your input. I'm going to keep it at ULV because I can't really notice a difference between the two, so I might as well get better battery life out of it.

I'm underclocked with ulv setting, and I can't tell the difference either.

Droid X rooted with z4root and running DarkSlide V4.2 underclocked ( to save battery)
