How Do You Enter Contact Group When Adding New Contact?

I'm confused, so we have groups for each contact, but no way of entering a person into a group that we already have established?

I'm lost here maybe someone can help...

Use the application "acontacts" . Create your own groups and they transfer into your regular groupings automatically.

I don't get what you mean my regular groupings...

Ok someone new calls me I long hold the number and click add new contact...

now what? how do I say what group I want them in?

Did you install the app "acontacts"?
Once you do just add the contact into the group you want in acontacts. That contact will then automatically be in that group when you do a group text or whatever.
Not sure how to better explain it.
Hope you figure it out.
