how can i share my phones internet with a tablet with out root

i used the app foxfi and use the Bluetooth method but it only works for the internet browser and i want to be able to use it for Netflix and the market any other apps i can use that share Bluetooth and can let me watch Netflix?

Why don't you use the WiFi method? I am able to use it that way with no problem.
FYI, you could also pay for tethering, that's the Legal way.
