Is there a way to force an OTA updgrade to jelly bean on the droid razr?

As I understand it, Jelly Bean is not currently being pushed OTA; it was for a brief time on accident on the 24th but won't be officially released again until Q1. The accidentally released version is the only JB available for our phones and cannot be downloaded OTA.

The leak is floating around here somewhere. You can download it and manually install it. Just realize once you are on it there is no going back to ICS as of right now.
