Home Key doesn't kill browser

Before the most recent update, whenever I'm done using the browser just hitting the Home Key would kill the browser. Now whenever I open the browser, the previous browser page is still there. Even "Advanced Task Killer" doesn't kill it. Anybody else have this problem?

Pressing the back button clears it in the standard browser on my Moto Droid with 2.2. But yes, using the home button or even killing it it saves the last session you were on. Handy for if you are going from app to app, but not as handy if you don't want it there. So, you get your cake and to eat it too, just have to use 2 different keys depending on what you want.

Even using the back button brings up the last window I had open. Before the upgrade, it would bring up the google search page.
