Can't you hit menu then clear history?

it doesn't show that on mine, unless I am hitting the wrong one.

When you select "view by" from the menu, you can un select all and it will show nothing in the history, but they're all still there. When I try to delete them all is pops up with a message saying SNS messages cannot be deleted.
