Help with 901 upgrade

I am rooted and 43v3R rooted and trying to upgrade to 901 and getting errors when I run the update. I did this webtop mod Droid Bionic » -WebTop Mod Hack for The Droid Bionic Weptop via HDMI no docks! and the error says it is with webtop.apk. Is there a way to get this stock webtop files back so I can upgrade?

You back on the OTA path?...and on OTA 5.5.893?....need to be in order to manually install the 5.9.901 OTA update

Yes I am the only things I've done are root, 43v3R root and this webtop hack.

Bump! I've got the same issue. I don't need to restore everything, I just need to put back PortalApp.apk, whose backup seems to be missing. I have the rest. Can someone post their original PortalApp.apk. I'm guessing the file date is August 15, 2011. Thanks so much!
