Help stuck in bootloop

ruuning kin3tx 8.93 I think> havent tinkered for a while and decided to use jrummy toolbox to change an icon. what a mistake. keeps bootlooping.
What can I do? Tried booting into recovery, did cache and data wipe and still bootloops. All links are for recovery files are dead.
