Help, no lock screen and home button won't work!!!

After rooting and unrooting my phone (couldnt figure out how to get roms so i gave up) i no long have a lock screen and my home soft key will not do anything but vibrate.

Re install your Rom and Wipe data an cach... That should fix it.

This did not help but thanks anyway, I also rerooted and downloaded 2.2 please help
