Hello all,
I just got a Droid Razr (Xt912), but i got it off a crackhead on the street in D.C. So it might be stolen. I reset the phone and it wont let me use it without a SIM card. I have a few Questions
1. Can the phone be shut-off by Verizon because it might be stolen making it unusable through the IMEI code or something? IDK, let me know, i'll find the crackhead
2. Can i unlock the phone for another carrier such as At&t and if yes, how?
3. Or can i just re-sell it or put my own SIM card in to make it work??????????
