Help for: 4.1.2

My wife's phone has stock 4.1.2 installed. I have safestrap 3.11 installed. I'm looking for a simple no frills rom. I have Simplex 1.3 running on my phone but I can not get it to work on hers. I am assuming that is because she has JellyBean installed.

Is there any rom that anyone recommends?
I have tried almost everyone here, but either I am installing them incorrectly or they're links do not work.

Is there a way to go back to ICS so that I can install Simplex 1.3?

I'm rather enjoying cm 10.1 4.2.2. Few bugs here and there (they're still working on it) its still a nightly getting updates tho.

i too just had Simplex v1.3. the reason it doesn't work is simplex is ICS based. i just loaded "Rage Rom" it's on here, at the top. it seems about the same once i did some extra deleting. it does have a nice CPU sleeper ap that turns off Core0 when the screen goes off. i "hid" that app with Apex launchers help.

Same here. I'm running the aug 8 nightly and it has been rock solid. Battery life and speed have been phenomenal.
