messed up stock rom

heres what has happened. rooted 4.1.2. installed safestrap 3.11, added a rom for jellybean kernels. put in slot one, all i got was a blank screen. deleted slot one. to start over. in a big mistake deleted stock rom slot also. iv tried adding another rom and all i get is ap fasboot flash mode flash error. phone will not reboot. so are there anything i can do to repair this unit ?

If you search the forums you might find the answer. I would say to try Matts Utility for the Razr.
