hardware/warranty/replacement?

hardware issues with the usb port and the power button and took to verizon store and they are sending me another one however I have read that some are getting droid2 as replacement and some are getting refurbed droid 1 with major issues and having to send back for another.

supposed to receive new one on Wednesday.
What have you received?

Got my replacement today and they sent a droid 1 and just like I thought it had problems with the slider so called verizon and they tell me that I need to take it into store to make sure I didnt drop it! I said I just took it out of the box 5 mins ago give and you gotta be kidding me! Sending me another phone will be here friday.
