Does anyone hard reset there phone I was told to do it once a month, That would be a pain to have to redownload all your apps, what does everyone else think or do.

Hard reset is for a last resorts problem solution sort of thing. It should not be required otherwise. I've had my droid since November and have never done a hard reset.

I've done factory data resets, not hard resets to my Droid but monthly? No way.

What you should do monthly is clean out your application cache. Look in the Market, you will find app cache cleaners. Some are for rooted, some for stock some for both.
