Does anyone know why this might happen? iv done a factory reset and unrooted and still nothing. Is there any other way besides a factory reset/hard reset to erase everything on my phone?? if anyone could help please do cuz it would help so much!

Actually, try option 1 and reactive your phone first before hitting option 2 and updating your roaming capabilities. I hav eto do this after every time i install a new rom it seems like.. but it works afterwards every time. I had this problem after I installed RubiX Focused 2.0.1 last time. I didn't get phone calls, texts, or emails for 4 hours then all of a sudden had 3 voicemails, a ton of emails and texts...
