Gyroscope? Does the Razr or Razr MAXX have one?

I have read conflicting comments on the net about whether or not the Razr has a gyroscope. One place says yes and another says no. Could it be something that is present but will get unlocked with an update? What about the MAXX?

Its just that it affects usage in certain apps.

I did a quick Google research skim and apparently it does have one but it has not been activated.

I saw that as well but when you download Elixir, it says unavailable. I thinks its very conflicting. I hope that it has one.
