google voice

Can anyone tell me how to get google voice? And does it replace my phone number or will I have two numbers?

Details should be on the Google Voice site. Request an invite there. Or in the Google Voice thread in the Motorola Droid sub forum. Or buy one on ebay.

GV does not replace your number. Again, start with the GV site. Ask questions once you've read up on the basics. There are also some good guides out there like the one by Gizmodo.

It is invite only. You can buy them on Ebay or you may get lucky and someone offer you an invite in this thread.

It can replace your number if you choose. I use only the GV voicemail and use my normal number.
