Google "Play Daily"?

Did anyone else notice this random button appear in their Google Play Store last night that lead to nothing? Checking again this morning, it's gone. I wonder if this is something new we'll be seeing rolled out soon?

Didn't notice it this morning when I opened up the Play Store and don't see one now.
