Gmail sync error??!! Malware?!?!

Ok so what is going on with gmail??? Was working fine this morning! Now it says "Please sighn in to sync with your account, an error or something has changed in your account." It then has a window pop up with my gmail on it and is asking for my password, I type in and it just repeats it again as if it was not even reconized, I then go to IGoogle sighn in and it says it has deteced malware and to clean my pc!! Has anyone had this? One more thing,when I try to link up it asks me for my phone number to send me a verification number and google will re-sync with my account. So what do I do? Is it malware and is it to me? Or is it already on my phone or are they trying to malware me? Help and info on this please would be awsome! (@_@) Thanks in advance!
