Gmail emails not opening

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the g-mail.

Some of the e-mails open with no issue, but some go to a white screen, then the screen blinks one, two or three times, then goes back to the inbox.
I can however open the e-mail on the g-mail website. Any ideas? The crazy part is some messages open (most in fact), but some don't.

Thanks in advance for any help. This board seems to be a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to reading more and more.

:welcome: to the Forum. The only thing that comes to mind for helping you with this issue is to try a factory data reset. Remove any task killers or virus protection before you do that.

If that doesn't fix it, I'd call Verizon and get a new phone.

Maybe you can try a factory data reset. Is this happened just on your phone? you can also change to another phone for a test.
