That's a bummer....CS response time is crucial in the situations. It's so often a determining factor (at least for me) and what keeps customers coming back again and again. Hopefully you'll hear something soon.

Hmmm apparently I've used both emails. I was always referred to the site though so I'm pretty sure it's the one you used. Wonder why they're taking so long to respond, they never took more than 24hrs to respond to me.

Well it took a week, but they just responded to my 2nd email this morning. Just replied back with the information they requested. Here's hoping it does not take another week to receive.

I've tried IQ Shield Liquid Skin LG G4 Tempered Glass screen protector and it was nice. I mean it fits well and the cut-outs were all spot on. It was also relatively easy to install. I'm satisfied customer.
