Gingerbread leak installation issues

I'm stuck trying to upgrade to gingerbread base so i can install the liberty GB rom. I am doing what the link says in the thread in the installation instructions, but i am getting an error after the black hat logo comes up when i try to install the .zip files in the bootstrap and after "install part i of iii" it says:

What can i do to get around this?

Redownload the rom. Sounds like you got a corrupt file.
