Getting package invalid error

I'm trying to download an app I bought and when it tries to install it I get this error. I tried clearing my play store cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling play store updates, vpn work arounds, & a battery pull. I can install the free version but not the paid app. Anyone have any ideas?

You may want to pole the dev on that one. Pretty strange. I would say it was a corrupt download except you have tried everything that should have solved that.

There is only one, (maybe 2) things left I can think of but I doubt it will work. Go to apps mgr - all and find the Google Framework. Clear that cache - force stop and restart. The one last thing would be to remove the Google account, restart and add it back. Not a thing would be disturbed..
