Apps Error

I asked this over in the Tech Issues and got no response. Going to try here and hopefully get something back. I have a DX and running liberty 2.0. Since upgrading to 2.0 i am having trouble installing some apps. They will download fine but when it comes to installing an error pops up stating " Unknown Reason -18." Anyone have any ideas what the cause may be or what I should do?

Try unmounting your sdcard prior to installing (settings > storage *this could be named something different* > unmount sdcard).
