Did you download or modify your build.prop file in any way? Did you use a ROM (if so, post link) or an update.zip for recovery?

No luck. This is really weird. How could everything work except that? Could it be a problem with my baseband update?

You had issues with logwapper during installation. I'm not familiar with this, but can't help but wonder if you have other issues going on with your install. Might behoove you to fall back to 2.1, and reinstall the upate.

Went back to 2.1 and it didn't fix. Took it to Verizon and they said it was somehow set up to forward the calls but I had never set that up or even saw an option to do it. Anyway, they got it working for me. Thanks for the help.
