Like I said, everyone's experience is different. I'm sorry it's not working out for you, but I am not going to supply you with a script to call and read from. Based on some of your posts, I can tell you that you may want to calm down a little before you call. I just explained the issues I was having and my displeasure with the lack of support. It's that simple.
