Folders

So I just got gummy up and running and was setting my folders up with apps and noticed that the three dots to add apps are missing. So the only way to add apps is go to the appropriate drawer and drag them out to folder and that takes forever.
I prefer the 3 dots in the folder then add multiple apps at once.
Is there a way to fix this?

I figured this out. It was Apex launcher the whole time. I can't find a way to get it turned on, so I switched to NOVA L.
