I've been sporting Go Keyboard from Go Launcher Ex, and it does the job quite nicely. Plus there's a wide variety of modifications that can be applied to it to make it more user friendly. I was a fan of Better Keyboard, but after giving GKB a shot, I've became an instant fan.

No... i mean a wireless, Bluetooth, hard keyboard. Not an in phone app.
