FK v1.1 Photo share via Handcent inop. (Nex-Theme + Handcent theme script)

I installed Froyo Kangerade 1.1 with Nex_Theme last night. I also installed the goodies, then ran the script for themed Handcent.

Now whenever I try to share a photo via handcent I get this error message:

The application Handcent SMS (process com.handcent.nextsms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

If I use the regular messenger I can share the photo.


Is there any way to remove the Themed Handcent script installation without having to reinstall the rom?

Yes, you can delete themed handcent without reinstalling entire rom..
Use the old fashioned terminal

Just fyi, jrummy always posts his scripts, check OP on ROM...also once in terminal, su/scripts...will show all scripts w/description:icon_ banana:

Actually last week I had a similar situation happen to me. I had Kangerade (maybe 1.0 not sure) and Nextheme. I use handcent and had no issues except it would not send pictures messages. It would text all day but pictures would just show the loading circle. Never did send but I never got a message either.GL

rmhandcent. Removes "themed handcent" what ever theme your running, will make it stock again


Fyi, make sure handcent is setup correctly... send notification settings/max mms is like 1 mb (default), never had a problem after this is checked
