File Browser Missing in Liberty GB v0.8

Followed all the directions correctly, and other then some problems others have had and the fact that Google seems to have forgotten what apps I had installed I cant seem to find the file browser so I can install APKs off my SD card. There is no file browser or file explorer app installed. Should I re install the rom? or is this a Liberty feature or sorts. I am coming from Fission 2.5.7

I havent installed liberty gb but I did download the most recent one and it looks like it does not include a file browser. Just download astro file manager from the market, its free and will accomplish the same thing.
