Facebook still synced with contacts, but all pics gone.

So today I started up my phone and went to my contact list, only to see that all of the pictures had disappeared (spare one or two out of 100+).

All of the contacts are still synced with facebook, they are still showing updated statuses on my contact list, and I can still visit their facebook pages via their contact card, however none of their pictures are showing up. I haven't touched my contact list or any settings, therefore this problem has presented itself unexpectedly. Any ideas on how to get all the pictures to sync?

I've already tried going into facebook and re-syncing, aswell as pressing the sync button on my "accounts" page. Neither helped.

Well... The good news... You're not the only one having this problem as of last night...so that tells me it's a service problem and not a phone problem.

Bad news.... I don't have it fixed yet either.

Removed my facebook account from accounts/sync options. Re-added it and now it's synced properly again with their photos, etc.
