Facebook and Contacts not syncing...

I'm having some serious issues with my facebook contacts syncing up with my Droid Contacts. I just want the people who are in my phonebook and facebook to be all in one place in my phone book, and I'd also like for the pictures of those on facebook to sync up, but right now, the darn thing isn't syncing and it's starting to grind my gears.

I need help!!!

Are you synced in your settings? Did you select sync with existing contacts?
