Facebook help!!

hi i just got the new droid 3 today and logged into facebook and now im having a hard time figuring out how to log out of it, i dont want it running all the time and i cant find anything on verizons website, just wondering if anyone knows what im talking about or anything....thanks

Would you rather log or or just not have it auto syncing in the background?

i would rather be able to log out completely and log in as i need to

From the main page in the Facebook app try hitting your menu button and see if there is a log out option there.
