Duplicate Gallery items

Has anyone gotten duplication of pictures show up in your gallery? There will be no duplicate pictures in my folder, but my gallery will show them as dups.

I've experienced this on two roms so far after full wipes before flashing.

I've been through a few roms & haven't seen any duplicate pictures. Can't imagine why they would show up like that if there's only 1 in the folders.

hmmm, ive already tried wiping gallery data and cache with no luck.

A complete wipe and reset fixed the issue
