Droid X - How do I prevent WiFi from disconnecting when the phone sleeps?

Who's leg do I have to hump to get my damn Droid X to stop disconnecting from the Wifi when it sleeps?

In Wifi settings, in the Advanced section, my Wifi sleep policy is set to Never.

Yet, when I wake it from a sleep mode I see the Wifi isn't connected anymore, and then it reconnects. The 3G isn't connected either, for what it's worth.

I need it to stay connected since I'm using a SIP client (SIPDroid) to receive calls. If the damn WiFi isn't on, I'll miss the SIP calls.
