Droid X Gsyncit

I have a Droid X and I am currently using Gsyncit to synchronize by Outlook calendar/contacts to my gmail account. Working just fine. I then manually kick off the syncing of the gamil account from the phone to complete the process of downloading changes to the phone. My specific question is if there is any way that the syncing of the gamil account can be set up so it kicks off automatically such as at a specific time of day?

You should be able to make this change in the gSyncIt settings - application settings - sync options...
