Droid wont boot correctly

droid wont boot into recovery from rom manager or pressing power and x, when i reboot the phone normally the "M" logo does not appear and there is no boot animation, i dont know what happened or whats wrong

go into rom manager and flash clockworkmod again itll fix that

umm...try flashing alternate recovery then flashing clockworkmod
