Droid will not play mp4 movie

I wanted to try a movie on my new Droid so I ripped Terminator 3 with the trial version of DVD Catalyst 3 and copied the mp4 file to the Droid. I found the video in the Gallery but when I try to play it a message says "Sorry, this video cannot be played".

Anyone know how I can get it to play?

Does the file play properly on your computer in Quicktime or VLC?

I used the Droid HQ setting in DVD Catalyst.

Quicktime can't play it either.

then something caused the conversion to fail.
This could be for a number of reasons.

Please try the conversion again.

Maybe the non HQ profile or the HQ2 profile.

A few people have mentioned some issues with the Droid HQ profile.
