Droid Training

My Droid 4 has capabilities way beyond what I know and understand. Searching for "training" did not yield the answers I am looking for now.

Is on-line training for our Droids available, and if so where to I find it.

I don't know about training, per se, but you can always look up how to do different thing in the forums, or just ask.

What do you want to do?

I think the Verizon stors do training a few times a month, but I cold be wrong.

Thank you for your replies. Yes, some Verizon stores do offer in-store sessions and I will register and go when I am able. For now I am recuperating.

My immediate question(s) is about calendars and contacts. I store some contact information on my phone and some on my gMail contact list. Can I sync these two together without a bunch of duplicate entries and is that a good idea and does it go both ways?

Second, I have birthdays and anniversarys on gCalendar and personal appointments on my phone calendar. I have not found a way to attach "contact information" to a specific appointment; i.e. Dr. Smith's telephone number to my next appointment.

Yes you can sync the two together. It shouldn't cause a bunch of duplicates.

Do this from your pc, to join the number to the contact, I would also do that from your PC.
