droid razrm froze on the red eye

i have a droid razrm . this moring, google chrome, google play, and android systems kept crashing. all other functions worked, ie email, dolphin browser, camera, etc. i powered off the phone, the phone will not power back on, it is stuck on the red eye. i have tried a force reset, holding the vol down and power - nothing red eye. i have tried a hard reset. this takes several tries because the phone keeps returning to the red eye. i have wiped all data and rebooted the system, however i keep getting the red eye.

thoughts.... HELP

When you say wiped all data, do you mean you did a Factory Data Reset from the Recovery Menu?

Is the phone stock software, or has it been modified?

i did a hard reset. went to the recovery mode screen selected wipe all data.
it is stock software, no modifications

I'm not sure what else to offer. I'm not sure if the Verizon Software Repair Assistant tool will work on a RAZR M or not? I think the phone has to at least turn on to use that anyway?

Maybe someone else will have some ideas. If a FDR didn't solve it I'm not sure what else to do.
